The Community Centre has many rooms of differing sizes so we should have a room to fit your needs. The Thames Rooms have a partition between them and can be used separately or as one larger room. 2. The Wye and Claytons Rooms can be opened up to make one larger room. Room capacities are given as an approximation, we recommend making an appointment to view the available rooms and to discuss options. "Theatre" layout is then the room is set up with seats in rows which may be for a theatre production or watching a talk or demonstration. "Meeting" layout is when people are seated facing each other around tables. "Dance" layout is when tables are set out around the outside of the room with an area being left clear for dancing. "Reception" layout is where people are sat around tables using the whole room like at a wedding reception "Seating" layout is where people are sat in the room in no particular layout Below are links to pages which give more details for each of the rooms
