As the August/September 2007 issue of the community magazine skimmed through the printing press the headline story announced that this was the 250th issue. Front page congratulations came from Community Association president Penny Walsh. At the same time she encouraged readers to pay for their magazine and help towards the printing and production costs. Copies of the community magazine are available from the Community Centre and the cover price is 50p. As the president said “What can you get for 50p these days. Target gives you loads of information and some fascinating reading.”
