Sledging down Amersham Hill and almost no cars in sight

View down Amersham Hill that will not have changed much in

100 years (except for the central reservation, the keep left sign,

the 30mph speed limit, the electric street lamps

and the refuse bins for collection!!!)

The usual aspect of photo two is that the red, amber and green traffic lights are all on at the same time. In fact the lights change depending on the traffic motion and as there wasn't any they were doing a complete cycle of colours every few seconds.
