It has been wonderful to see so many local people braving the elements to shop, greet and smile as they meet friends doing exactly the same. If you haven't done so already, why not use the Christmas holiday to call into the Community Centre and pop into the bar. You will see the superb bar refurbishment which has taken place in recent months.

Once again, sincere good wishes for the festive season, and here's hoping for a healthy and peaceful 2010 for everyone.
